Message	will also often fade and turn purple, but ammonia will accelerate it. The selection of automotive window cleaners is much better now than the virtually non-existent market 12-13 years ago when I was first getting into cars and a lot of people were rolling around in cars w/ purple tint. Rule #1 - There's always a bastard!
